WBPSC Clerkship Part 1 Exam Pattern 2023
The WBPSC Clerkship Part I Exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions and is worth 100 marks.
The WBPSC Clerkship Part I Exam covers the following subjects: Arithmetic, General Studies, and English.
The WBPSC Clerkship Part-I test will last for one hour and thirty minutes, or ninety minutes.
A penalty of 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong response.

WBPSC Clerkship Part 2 Exam Pattern 2023

The Part II test will last for 1 hour or 60 minutes.

WBPSC Clerkship Syllabus 2023
The WBPSC Clerkship curriculum may be largely classified into three levels.
Part I Exam (Objective Type)
This first step of the WBPSC Clerkship selection procedure comprises a written, objective-type test with a maximum score of 100 points. The exam assesses students’ competence in arithmetic, general studies, and English.
Part II Exam (Conventional Type)
This is the second round of the WBPSC Clerkship recruitment selection procedure. Once again, the test is written and has questions of the traditional kind.
This component assesses students’ knowledge of a variety of subjects from Group A: English to Group B: Bengali, Hindi, Urdu, Nepal, and Santali. This is a 100-point test.
Computer Application and Ability of Typing
This qualifying round is required. Candidates will be placed on the exam on their fundamental computer education knowledge at this point. The applicants must be able to type 10 wpm in Bengali and 20 wpm in English.

WBPSC Clerkship Selection Process 2023
There will be two phases to the WBPSC Clerkship 2023 Exam:
Part I (Objective Type) and Part II (Conventional Type – Written). The Part-I examination will be carried out by the Commission first.
A restricted number of applicants who meet the requirements in the Part I exam will be permitted to take the Part II exam. Before the applicants’ typing and computer skills are evaluated, they must pass Part I and Part II qualifying exams.

1 mark for correct answers and a deduction of 0.25 marks for the wrong answer
